Wendy Daneau is a polished and seasoned Real Estate Professional with over 16 years in practice, complemented by 25 years in banking, lending, and sales. She has held distinguished positions in real estate branch management, bank management, and Sr. Vice President roles in sales management.

About Kris
KRIS TAN is the Director of Compliance at REMAX Dream Homes Property Management and Guardian Limited Group of Companies. He provides compliance solutions for residential, multifamily, and commercial owners, landlords, and principals across Northern California.
Kris holds an MBA from Western Governors University and a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration Magna Cum Laude from Trident University. He earned a Strategic Management Certificate from Harvard and a Data Analytics Certificate from Wharton in 2016. In 2023, he completed first-year law coursework at Lincoln Law School in Sacramento.
He provides full service real estate, property management and lending solutions. Furthermore, he previously served on a Sacramento County government commission for six years. Kris and his wife Victoria are the parents of four children.
